Meet Our Founder
Maya Rehill, MBA
Every great movement begins with a question.
For Maya Rehill, that question was simple: Why do so many women face life's biggest moments feeling alone, despite living in a world filled with other women?
Throughout her career, Maya worked across corporate boardrooms, public sector organisations, entrepreneurial ventures, and communities. She met extraordinary women with incredible talent, intelligence, and ambition. Yet she also witnessed something deeply disappointing—a culture where competition often replaced collaboration, where judgement silenced encouragement, and where women were too often left to navigate life's hardest chapters without genuine support.
She saw women experiencing divorce with no circle around them. Mothers carrying invisible burdens. Careers ending unexpectedly. Businesses failing without guidance. Brilliant women doubting themselves while others quietly celebrated their setbacks instead of helping them rise.
Rather than asking, "Why me?", Maya spent years asking, "Why are we like this?"
Why do women still struggle to champion one another?
Why does jealousy so often outweigh encouragement?
Why are so many women taught to compete for limited space instead of creating more space together?
Why do so many talented women stop believing in themselves while others continue to rise?
These questions became years of reflection, research, conversations, and lived experience.
Maya came to one powerful conclusion:
The world doesn't need another networking group. It needs a revolution in how women show up for one another.
That vision became The Circle We Never Had—a community built on integrity, emotional intelligence, trust, generosity, and action.
This is not a place for status, hidden agendas, or superficial networking.
It is a place where women open doors for one another instead of guarding them.
Where introductions are made without expecting something in return.
Where success is celebrated without jealousy.
Where wisdom is shared without ego.
Where every woman is seen, heard, respected, and genuinely supported.
Maya's own journey has shaped every part of this vision. Like many women, she has experienced profound personal and professional challenges that tested her resilience and forced her to rebuild. Those experiences taught her that success is rarely achieved alone—it is made possible by people who choose to believe in you when life asks you to begin again.
She believes that no woman should have to navigate life's defining moments in isolation.
Whether she is rebuilding after divorce, returning to work, starting a business, raising children, changing careers, overcoming adversity, or simply searching for people who truly understand her, every woman deserves a circle that stands beside her.
The Women's Network Revolution exists to create that circle.
Maya's mission is bold but simple:
To redefine what it means for women to support women.
Not through words.
Through action.
Not through competition.
Through collaboration.
Not through obligation.
Through genuine care.
Because when women choose integrity over ego, encouragement over jealousy, and collaboration over competition, they don't just transform individual lives—they transform families, workplaces, communities, and future generations.
This is more than a membership.
It is more than a network.
It is a movement built to become the global standard for what authentic female support should look like.
And this is only the beginning.
"I wanted to create the community I once needed — one that quietly believes in every woman it holds."
